366 apartments in a high rise block with four commercial units
Project summary
We were chosen to work on a high rise development comprised of 366 apartments and four commercial units in Birmingham by the developer.
From design to approval, we were responsible for providing all water and electrical infrastructure for the residential and commercial aspects of the building.
That meant creating a standardised design to provide 370 water and electrics services, two landlord supplies, all the substations that were needed and the metering that would be required to track usage in the building.
