14 Residential dwellings

Working with a Housing Association, we designed, procurement and installed the gas, water and electric infrastructure for a collection of 14 residential dwellings in Buckley.

This was a non-standard project and required the diversion of overhead BT Openreach fibre and copper lines, electric lines and pole-mounted transformers before works could begin.

The new utility infrastructure network we supplied could then be laid. It included low-voltage electric mains, low-pressure gas mains and water mains for the 14 dwellings. 

This was all delivered on an accelerated programme and benefited from increased efficiency across the lifecycle of the project as a result of our unique approach.
